To facilitate our goals, we have developed the following financial options:
A 5% accounting adjustment is allowed when fees in excess of $300 are paid 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment by cash or check only.
Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted in our office.
Extended payment plans for as little as $50 a month for up to two years are available based on applicant's credit approval.
